We Are F3 Fuel. We provide our clients intelligent equipment with the ability to monitor and control gas quality in real time.

How important is it to know the quality of your natural gas feed? Could you optimize your equipment or service life by minimizing gas variance? Would it be beneficial to be able to do this in real-time?

At F3 Fuel, we monitor gas quality in real-time and provide the data to optimize your operations and equipment. Our proprietary software interface allows clients a simple visual on their gas feed.

These are some of the questions we sought to answer when we recognized the need to provide the market with visibility and control of their natural gas in real-time.

In addition to the visibility into the overall gas composition and quality, our software allows the ability to control and even remotely stop gas feed to prevent catastrophic failure or a potential safety event.

The F3 Fuel ESD Trailer is a patented mobile fuel gas conditioning trailer that ensures clean reliable fuel to downstream equipment.

With our Emergency Shut Down (ESD) Trailers our clients now have the ability to see, condition, and control the critical components of any feed stock as it changes from day to day and site to site. We also monitor for H2S and have the ability to shut off the gas feed to prevent downstream equipment damage or catastrophic failure. Our trailers offer a full range of inlet pressures and outlet pressures (100-1440 PSIG) and have connections available for automatic CNG backup.

Who puts individual gas meters and remotely actuated valves on EVERY REEL of a gas distribution trailer?

WE DO.

The F3 Fuel Gas Distribution Trailer optimizes flow rates and precisely distributes gas to downstream equipment by utilizing an actuated inlet valve, individual gas meters and remotely actuated isolation valves for every reel.

Reduce excess hoses, get consistent accurate measurement with Coriolis Meters, minimize pressure drop from distribution trailer to engines, and utilize our custom software to monitor flow rates, pressure, and temperature all while under full control of all actuated valves.

F3 Fuel TECHNOLOGIES

“You can only control what you can measure.”

Real-Time

Gas Monitoring

That’s right! F3 Fuel allows you to monitor gas quality from your computer, tablet, or in the palm of your hand.

The secret is in the JP3 Verax Analyzer. With the JP3 onboard, we can monitor BTUs in real-time. Additional advantages of this unit is that it allows the flow cell to operate at process pressure and temperature, has ZERO emissions, and requires no carrier or calibration gas.

By incorporating the JP3 data into our proprietary software, our clients can customize limits to automatically shut off gas flow to protect any downstream equipment from poor quality gas.

Remote

Monitoring

Seeing (in real-time) is believing.

F3 Fuel utilizes industry leading monitoring capabilities. It starts with data capture from our proprietary monitoring units developed exclusively by our technology partners at iO-Teq. That data is then securely sent to our cloud servers where our web-based platform provides data visuals and alarm logging.

The F3 Fuel monitoring has local trailer display with a single, simple to read HMI and our online remote customer portal provides additional data visualization, customizable alarm set points and remote troubleshooting capabilities.

Emergency

Shut Off

It’s better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

Every F3 Fuel Emergency Shut Down Trailer is equipped with a wireless remote E-Stop button that will remotely close the ESD valve from anywhere on location.

This allows our clients to prevent catastrophic failures, downstream equipment damage, and potential safety incidents with the push of a button.
